"I've been overpaying for my insurance for the last 6 months what's State farm. They priced my premium so high that it was actually more than my car payment. They wanted $380 a month my car payments only $300. At the end of every month I've been left with nothing and having to struggle to work more hours just to pay to drive to work. I called their office a month ago asking if they could help me at all with my premium since I haven't had any claims or bad records since starting the policy, and they told me they couldn't do anything. Now I changed policies over to Geico because they offered me $100 less. I don't understand why State farm was unable to drop my bill by $100, they probably just wanted to continue collecting high premiums for me. When calling the office I caught one of their office staff using the term "rate rigging". After catching him on his words he abruptly ended the call. After I called back again after he hung up on me his colleague answered the phone for him and tried to walk back his words. This is just my personal experience with State farm but there are many more stories out there of how terrible this company is. (It sucks you couldn't help me Collin. Have a great day)"
